Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions:
Items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
Return process:
To start a return, please contact our team at contact@vistiendoelalma.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refund process:
Once we receive your item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Processing time:
Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Size or color changes:
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. We cannot guarantee availability of the desired item once your return is received.
Defective or Incorrect Items

We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge—or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
