We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (suspected fraud, out of stock, system errors, etc.).

2. Products and Purchases

All products are subject to availability. Some designs may be available for a limited time or in limited quantities.

We do our best to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every screen will show colors exactly the same.

Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.

3. Payments

We accept secure payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available through Shopify’s payment platform.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times and costs are detailed on our Shipping Policy page.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the delivery service.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please review our Return and Refund Policy. In short: we accept returns within 14 days if the product is in perfect condition.

Sale items and eBooks are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (photos, text, design, logo, products) is the property of Vistiendo el Alma or is used with proper authorization.

Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

Vistiendo el Alma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products purchased through it.
